VP of Portfolio Expansion

Oasis is currently seeking a VP, Portfolio Expansion to oversee our global portfolio growth and owner relations strategy.

Founded in 2009, Oasis pioneered the "Home Meets Hotel" concept, combining the quality and service of a hotel with the authenticity and comfort of a private home rental. Guests can book handpicked homes with a range of hotel-like amenities, including in-person check-in and check-out, fresh linens and toiletries, and on-demand concierge services. Beyond the home, Oasis helps guests get the most of out of their stay with insider tips and can't miss spots in their city guides, as well as exclusive perks like access to local gyms, private members clubs and more.  In 2017, Oasis formed a strategic partnership with Hyatt, and is part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt.

As the VP, Supply Strategy, you will be directly responsible to:

  • Drive the overall strategy and growth of Oasis’s global portfolio.
  • Manage and work directly with the Regional Vice Presidents (RVP) and on-the-ground Owner Relations Specialists to successfully execute key strategies and improve the portfolio.
  • Partner with RVPs and COO to create business plans to enter and develop new markets.
  • Collaborate with the RVPs, to ensure supply initiatives are aligned with overall company / supply strategies, and to focus supply efforts on key destinations
  • Form and solidify relationships with members of the real estate community ranging from property managers, brokerages, corporate housing companies and others to source homes for our portfolio.
  • Analyze current supply and demand trends for existing portfolio and partner with the business development team.
  • Create tools the Owner Relations department can utilize when selecting homes to add to portfolio.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to boost Owner communication and owner perks.
  • Drive revenue through various initiatives in coordination with regional teams.
  • Partner with our data science and development teams to build out enhanced Revenue Management functionality for existing portfolio of homes.
  • Build out Owner Relations and Account Management tools for the teams.
  • Recruit and hire regional teams.
  • Coordinate with our Reservations Director and Guest Experience Director to keep all areas aligned and working productively together.


  • Speak English and ideally Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Have at least 7 years of impressive experience in business, hospitality or real estate
  • Have managed teams before
  • Can multi-task
  • Have analysis and pricing experience
  • Are passionate about what you do
  • Are outgoing, energetic and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Are computer-savvy and up-to-date with online tools that could prove useful for this role
