Guest Experience Specialist

Position: Guest Experience Specialist

You will spend your time on:

  • Welcoming and checking out our Guests at the beginning and end of their stay
  • Working with our Centralized Guest Experience Team to provide curated concierge services which suit the needs of our Guests
  • Coordinating with your team to ensure that we are always prepared in advance and can anticipate our Guests’ needs as much as possible
  • Managing and coordinating cleaning staff to ensure homes are up to standard prior to guest arrival
  • Reviewing our homes before the Guests arrive, liaising with Property Managers and Owners to quickly solve any problems before or during our Guests’ stay
  • Maintaining a full inventory of materials we need to best look after our Guests
  • Analyzing feedback and working with the team to improve services
  • Taking initiative to implement new ideas that will benefit your colleagues, our Guests and Owners in the future
  • Guest Experience/Sidekick
  • Home Intake - Partnering with the Supply and Growth Specialists on the home upload process.  E.g. Viewing homes, arranging photoshoots and taking a detailed inventory.
  • Owner Relations - Acting as a lead for the communication and resolution of in stay operations with Homeowners, working with them on improving their Homes, sorting out any issues that might arise during stays.  You are responsible for wOwing them and ensuring that they are impressed by our service.
  • Assist Reservations Specialist - Provide immediate assistance to Res Specialists with the main goal of closing as many bookings as possible.
  • Partnerships and Concierge
  • Helping to close local partnerships to create a concierge portfolio in the destination
  • Establish a local business network and work closely with them to deliver the best experience to Guests and help the business to grow.

You:

  • Speak excellent English and Portuguese
  • Currently studying hospitality, tourism or have studied and worked in
  • Can multi-task
  • Strong team work habilities
  • Are flexible, independent and confident in different kind of situations
  • Will be required to work regular weekly shift that may include weekends & Bank Holidays.
