Regional Guest Experience Specialist (PM Shift)

Guests can book handpicked homes with a range of hotel-like amenities, including in-person check-in and check-out, fresh linens and toiletries, and on-demand concierge services. Beyond the home, Oasis helps guests get the most of out of their stay with insider tips and can't miss spots in their city guides, as well as exclusive perks like access to local gyms, private members clubs and more.

You will spend your time on:

  • Providing world-class, 24/7 support to our Guests around the world
  • Communicating with our Guests before they arrive to help coordinate their stay and provide concierge services
  • Coordinating with on-the-ground destination teams to manage check ins and check outs, anticipate Guest needs, and ensure that we are always prepared in advance 
  • Selling custom concierge packages tailored to the needs of our Guests
  • Ensuring that our Homes are in perfect condition before Guests arrive, working with Property Managers and Owners to quickly solve any issues before and during our Guests’ stay
  • Analyzing Guest feedback and working with the team to improve the overall Guest experience
  • Taking initiative to implement new ideas that will benefit Colleagues, Guests, and Owners 
  • Working closely with our Regional Guest Experience team and destination teams


  • Speak English and preferably Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or French 
  • Have at least 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Are a strong communicator who loves chatting with people by phone, email, and text
  • Are empathetic, solution-oriented, and passionate about helping others
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating a wide array of technology, tools, and apps
  • Can multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong judgement and problem solving skills, even under pressure
  • Sweat the small details
  • Available to work from 5 PM - 1 AM every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off), with overnight on-call duties 2 times per week to start
