Content & Social Media Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, you will be primarily responsible for developing and executing Oasis’ content and social media strategy designed to drive awareness and build community around the Oasis brand. The right candidate is equally creative and organized, and has experience developing and executing best-in-class social media strategy, content, and community management for a lifestyle brand.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and build on Oasis’ strategy around content, voice, and community to deliver a best-in-class social media experience across all platforms.
  • In partnership with our Brand Marketing Team, plan and execute our social media, email and blog calendar 2-3 months in advance.
  • Work cross-functionally with various lanes across the business including Creative, Performance Marketing, and PR.
  • In partnership with PR Team, create and manage influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, channel growth and engagement.
  • Analyze data and compile weekly/monthly reports that include metrics on engagement, community growth, referral traffic and conversions, customer acquisition, etc.
  • Act as point person for all things social company-wide and provide channel expertise to other departments with social media presence (e.g. HR) and assist with departments building social media presence (e.g. Reservations Sidekicks, Destination Sidekicks).
  • Ensure content provides clear benefits to the target audience, conveys the Oasis brand voice & personality, and meets brand standards.


  • Have a proven track record of building a brand’s social media presence.
  • Have 3+ years experience managing and executing editorial, email and social media calendars.
  • Are passionate about social media and are an influencer in your own right.
  • Have impeccable English writing skills. (Fluency in additional languages a plus!)
  • Are a dynamic team player eager to take on new responsibilities.
  • Understand current issues and new developments in social media and content marketing.
