Reservations Supervisor

  • Manage a team of 4-6 reservation specialists  
  • Organize and run 1:1 meetings with members of your team, touch base with Manager/Director regularly to establish and own departmental goals and team achievement.
  • 30+/- hrs of scheduled shifts dedicated to front lines supervision and responding/closing reservation leads
  • 10+/- hrs per week dedicated to 1:1s, agent QA, team development
  • Hold team members accountable for reservation-specific KPI and CSAT scores
  • Conduct annual reviews of your team
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to help guide projects that help support the reservation team, customers, and the company.


  • A track record of successful team management. You have hands on experience managing/supervising a team.
  • Experience driving a high-performing team of reservationists meet and exceed their individual, team, and company goals.
  • Strong experience at hiring and training people.
  • Past experience or interest in working at a high-growth company.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A natural at efficient and straightforward communications
  • Can provide thoughtful, creative, and workable solutions to support the guest reservation cycle
  • Comfortable being empowered to make decisions; demonstrated sensibility and understanding of the financial implications of those decisions
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to provide additional hours on holidays and other occasions as business requires
  • Desire to help build the best reservations experience team in the industry!
