Destination Coordinator

Guests can book handpicked homes with a range of hotel-like amenities, including in-person check-in and check-out, fresh linens and toiletries, and on-demand concierge services. Beyond the home, Oasis helps guests get the most of out of their stay with insider tips and can't miss spots in their city guides, as well as exclusive perks like access to local gyms, private members clubs and more.

As a Destination Coordinator you are enthusiastic, proactive and friendly. You work together with your team to ensure that our Guests and Owners are always exceptionally impressed by our service.

You will spend your time on:

  • Communicating with our Guests before they arrive to help coordinate their stay and provide them with concierge assistance
  • Welcoming and checking out our Guests at the beginning and end of their stay
  • Sell custom concierge items (airport transfers, extra housekeeping, etc) which suit the needs of our Guests
  • Coordinating with your team to ensure that we are always prepared in advance and can anticipate our Guests’ needs as much as possible
  • Reviewing our properties before the Guests arrive, liaising with property managers and owners to quickly solve any problems before or during our Guests’ stay
  • Maintaining a full inventory of materials we need to best look after our Guests
  • Analyzing feedback and working with the team to improve services
  • Taking initiative to implement new ideas that will benefit your colleagues, our Guests and Owners in the future
  • Home Strategy - You will define the perfect strategy and assess the kind of Homes we need to add to our curated online portfolio. This includes searching for new Homes by reaching out to your network, real estate community and creative professionals.
  • Home Evaluation - All Homes in our portfolio will be hand picked, by you. Our Homes must be in sync with the Oasis brand
  • Home Intake - Once we sign a Home all of the information must be uploaded to our website and internal back-end
  • Owner Relations - You will be the point of contact for Homeowners and manage all of the Owner relationships in your Destination. This means you will work with them to improve their Homes, sort out any issues that might arise, deliver quarterly reports and negotiate yearly price lists.
  • Portfolio Upkeep - Our Homes must always be in perfect condition, priced accurately for season and market, and marketed appropriately through our various channels. It is important that our Homes are driving bookings so you will work with our Reservations Team to ensure they have all the information needed


  • Speak and write excellent English and Portuguese
  • Have at least 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or real estate
  • Can multi-task
  • Love to meet new people
  • Are passionate about what you do
  • Thrive under pressure
  • Are okay with required connectivity outside of office hours and on weekends (as hospitality never sleeps)
