Destination Manager

As one of our Destination Managers you are a passionate multi-tasker, a great manager and excited by what we do. It will be busy, fascinating, dynamic, challenging and fun.

You will spend your time on:

  • Team Management - working in a dynamic environment with multiple teams including: Reservations, Guest Experience, Portfolio Curation, Administration, and Marketing
  • ​Destination Growth - working with your Team to ensure they have the tools, training, and guidance needed to create the most value in the destination
  • Budget & Reporting - you are responsible for the budget of your destination and will be reporting the Destination's KPIs and P&L on a monthly basis
  • ​Continually improving service quality by establishing and respecting company standards
  • ​Successfully communicating strategies and objectives to motivate your Team to excellence
  • Business Development - meeting with potential partners and agencies to build successful relationships and drive growth
  • Partner Accounts: Outreach, Closing and Account Management
  • Reaching out to and finding the appropriate contact at target companies
  • Executing partnership agreements based on Oasis’s business development guidelines
  • Maintaining favorable relations with existing partners in your geographical area in order to grow share of business from those partners

You:

  • Have a minimum of 5 fun-filled years working in Hospitality, Business Development, Sales, Management Consulting and/or Operations
  • Can think quick and work smart – you are practical and strategic
  • Know Sao Paulo like the back-of-your-hand. In fact, even better than the back of your hand, because who even knows the back-of-their-hand that well?
  • Are familiar with budgets and reporting and have had a P&L experience
  • Are a people person with management experience
  • Are flexible with your schedule – this is not a 9-5 - and you understand that hospitality never sleeps (don’t worry, we aren’t looking for a bunch of insomniacs) and are excited about not having a boring routine
