Business Development Coordinator

Guests can book handpicked homes with a range of hotel-like amenities, including in-person check-in and check-out, fresh linens and toiletries, and on-demand concierge services. Beyond the home, Oasis helps guests get the most of out of their stay with insider tips and can't miss spots in their city guides, as well as exclusive perks like access to local gyms, private members clubs and more.

As Coordinator for our Business Development team, you will be resourceful, a mix of analytical and creative, relationship- as well as goal-oriented, and passionate about travel. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, you will be accountable for partner reporting, presentations, and support on our deals with companies directly, travel agencies, corporate housing and relocation companies. 

You will spend your time on:

Communicating The Oasis Value Proposition

  • Refining B2B marketing materials
  • Figuring out better ways to communicate and engage with potential and existing partners 
  • Presenting Oasis in the best light to partners

Partner Accounts: Reporting and Other Materials

  • Creating regular reporting formats
  • Communicating results internally
  • Providing partners with information requested so that Business Development can finalize agreements
  • Supporting existing partners and providing account management as needed

Growth 

  • Identifying potential areas of growth for Oasis and communicating the opportunities/opportunity size to the BD team
  • Contacting targets and/or partners when BD team members are attending conferences or industry events

You:

  • Are fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in an analytical function; hospitality experience is a plus
  • Have experience presenting to and communicating with senior management internally
  • Can think outside the box - you are an innovative thinker, able to translate strategic thinking into result-oriented output
  • Can multi­task and are an agile learner, able to grasp issues quickly and think on feet
  • Have a positive can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamically changing environment
  • Have excellent interpersonal, organizational and team collaboration skills
  • Are passionate about establishing Oasis as a global brand and hospitality pioneer
